Death Stranding is a weird but beautiful game. People call it 'Amazon Delivery Driver Simulator' and I think that's pretty accurate haha, but while that may sound boring to some people, I think they have developed the gameplay a lot to the point where it's extremely fun to just run around with a stack of packages.

I've played it twice now, and maybe I'm just really stupid but I don't understand a lot of the plot. I feel like I need a deeper understanding of it. Every time I play it I understand it a little more, so maybe I just need to play it like 50 times.

I see a lot of people calling it boring, but I find it really meditative. It's honestly quite relaxing just delivering packages (until you fall in down a cliff or get washed away by the river lmao)

I absoloutely love those rare moments in the game where you're walking somewhere and then music starts playing. It feels like a movie as you're walking down that mountian and you get to look at the beautiful scenery while this lovely soundtrack by low-roar is playing. It makes you want to slow down and savor every single moment you have as you're walking to your destination. It reminded me of the times they did a similar things in RDR2, only they're a little more frequent in Death Stranding.

Will add more here, this is just a test page

You have been warned.

I really like Sam's character arc. He goes from a guy who is terrified to be touched, doesn't really enjoy intereacting with others, to slowly getting over his fear and being completely fine with touch.

I really like the way that the BTs (the monsters) excentuate and externalize his fears into the gameplay. The telltale sign that the BTs are close to you or are comming is when you see black handprints on the ground coming towards you. That fear of the hands/being touched brings that fear to the player as well, I feel that was a really awesome choice from the writing team.
